AQUA - AUA Quality Registry

Initial Steps

  1. Complete the short AQUA Registry Interest Form.
  2. The AQUA Registry team will review the interest form to make sure the practice meets all requirements to proceed.
  3. Upon interest form approval, the practice will receive an email containing a link to our online sign up portal.
  4. The practice must then access the sign up portal to review and sign the required participation documents and submit provider information.

Subscription Levels and Pricing

The AQUA Registry offers three subscription levels that provide practices with a variety of options to fit their needs and budgets to ensure that all practices wishing to join the only national urology–specialty-wide registry can do so.

Subscriptions are available at Classic and Elite levels.

Subscription Fee is subject to change. Please contact AUA for the most recent rates.

Elite subscribers may be eligible for group discounts. Email the AUA Registry team to learn more.

All subscribers who are not current AQUA Registry participants are subject to an installation fee of $500 per practice for practices with at least one AUA member and $1,000 for practices without AUA members. Pricing varies by subscription level and practice size.

Important Dates & Deadlines

December 9, 2019
Deadline to receive 2019 data (1st - 3rd Quarter) from Elite practices for MIPS reporting.

 

January 1, 2020
2019 MIPS submission begins.

 

January 17, 2020
Deadline for Elite practices to submit Data Release Consent Form (DRCF) and validate data.

 

February 17, 2020
AQUA Registry deadline to submit MIPS reporting data to CMS.

 

March 31, 2020
2019 MIPS submission closes.
